# Misunderstood Deities vs Within

The clearest difference is ads: Misunderstood Deities at none against Within's shown. Within's advantage is update cadence (daily vs monthly) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Misunderstood Deities sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Within sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Misunderstood Deities ships an update monthly, Within daily. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
