# Jadid vs Kitaptik

The clearest difference is ads: Jadid at none against Kitaptik's shown. Kitaptik's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs fortnightly). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Jadid sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Kitaptik sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Jadid ships an update fortnightly, Kitaptik every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
