# Pedometer vs Oops

The clearest difference is ads: Oops at none against Pedometer's shown. Oops also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 11 days) and iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pedometer sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Oops sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pedometer ships an update every 11 days, Oops every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
