# Forma vs Leo Training

The clearest difference is ads: Leo Training at none against Forma's shown. Forma's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Forma sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and Leo Training sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Forma ships an update every 10 days, Leo Training every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
