# IPTV vs Aura

The clearest difference is rating: Aura at 5.0 against IPTV's 4.6. IPTV's advantage is ratings volume (154 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Aura holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: IPTV has 154 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

IPTV ships an update weekly, Aura every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and September 22, 2026 respectively.
