# devo vs First

The clearest difference is ratings volume: devo at 38 against First's 1. On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. devo sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and First sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

First holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: devo has 38 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

devo ships an update weekly, First every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
