# TaskCry vs BatteryNest

The clearest difference is update cadence: TaskCry at daily against BatteryNest's every 4 days. BatteryNest's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TaskCry sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and BatteryNest sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TaskCry ships an update daily, BatteryNest every 4 days. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
