# TaskCry vs SoftReply

The clearest difference is update cadence: TaskCry at daily against SoftReply's every 2 days. SoftReply's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TaskCry sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and SoftReply sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TaskCry ships an update daily, SoftReply every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
