# Nafs vs Saafi

The clearest difference is monetization model: Saafi at freemium against Nafs's subscription. Saafi also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Nafs's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 2 weeks) and ratings volume (9 vs 2). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Nafs sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Saafi sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Saafi holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 9 and 2 respectively.

Nafs ships an update weekly, Saafi every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
