# DropBet vs Remote TV

The clearest difference is update cadence: Remote TV at every 3 days against DropBet's every 2 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DropBet sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Remote TV sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DropBet ships an update every 2 weeks, Remote TV every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
