# Gym Commitment vs FocusLift

The clearest difference is ads: FocusLift at none against Gym Commitment's shown. Gym Commitment's advantage is ratings volume (27 vs 2) and update cadence (every 3 days vs weekly). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Gym Commitment sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and FocusLift sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Gym Commitment against 5.0 for FocusLift. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Gym Commitment has 27 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Gym Commitment ships an update every 3 days, FocusLift weekly. Both last shipped on October 22, 2026.
