# Discito vs Lorebyte

The clearest difference is update cadence: Discito at every 3 days against Lorebyte's weekly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Discito sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Lorebyte sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Discito ships an update every 3 days, Lorebyte weekly. The most recent releases landed on September 23, 2026 and September 18, 2026 respectively.
