# HelloAndro vs Teletype

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: HelloAndro at 16.0 against Teletype's 26.0. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HelloAndro sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and Teletype sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

HelloAndro ships an update every 8 days, Teletype every 6 days. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
