# ArcReader vs Scribble Hub

The clearest difference is review sentiment: ArcReader at 95% against Scribble Hub's 58%. ArcReader also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.7). Scribble Hub's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ArcReader sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Scribble Hub sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ArcReader holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 55 and 65 respectively. Written reviews point the same way: 95% of ArcReader's written reviews are positive against 58% of Scribble Hub's.

ArcReader ships an update weekly, Scribble Hub every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
