# D vs Rocket Proxy

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Rocket Proxy at none against D's 5. Rocket Proxy also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 weeks) and ratings volume (9 vs 1). D's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. D sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Rocket Proxy asks for nothing beyond the download.

D holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rocket Proxy has 9 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

D ships an update every 2 weeks, Rocket Proxy every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
