# Simmr vs Thicket

The clearest difference is update cadence: Thicket at every 3 days against Simmr's every 11 days. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Simmr sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Thicket sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Simmr ships an update every 11 days, Thicket every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
