# FilmDirector vs Blur Effects

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Blur Effects at none against FilmDirector's 1. Blur Effects also leads on iOS requirement (15.5 vs 26.0). FilmDirector's advantage is ads (none vs shown). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FilmDirector sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Blur Effects asks for nothing beyond the download.
