# UpUpFrog vs Salary Thief

The clearest difference is ads: UpUpFrog at none against Salary Thief's shown. Salary Thief's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 9 days) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. UpUpFrog sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Salary Thief sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

UpUpFrog ships an update every 9 days, Salary Thief every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
