# Scales vs EdgeVault

The clearest difference is device support: EdgeVault at 3 against Scales's —. EdgeVault also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.4). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Scales sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and EdgeVault sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
