# Morrow vs Surface Camera

The clearest difference is update cadence: Surface Camera at every 2 days against Morrow's fortnightly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Morrow sells 12 one-off in-app purchases and Surface Camera sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Morrow ships an update fortnightly, Surface Camera every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
