# iList vs ChatMC

The clearest difference is ads: iList at none against ChatMC's shown. iList also leads on update cadence (daily vs every 6 days) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. iList sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and ChatMC sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

iList ships an update daily, ChatMC every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
