# Widgety vs Beat

The clearest difference is update cadence: Widgety at every 11 days against Beat's every 4 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Widgety sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Beat sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Widgety ships an update every 11 days, Beat every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and September 27, 2026 respectively.
