# Telly vs ScriptRecord

The clearest difference is update cadence: ScriptRecord at every 9 days against Telly's every 2 months. ScriptRecord also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Telly sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and ScriptRecord sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $12.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Telly ships an update every 2 months, ScriptRecord every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
