# Timelog vs Prettier

The clearest difference is ads: Prettier at none against Timelog's shown. Timelog's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs freemium) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Timelog sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Prettier sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Timelog ships an update every 5 days, Prettier every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
