# NovaNota vs enScore

The clearest difference is update cadence: enScore at every 2 days against NovaNota's weekly. enScore also leads on iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NovaNota sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and enScore sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

NovaNota ships an update weekly, enScore every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
