# Social Tree vs WorkIt

The clearest difference is update cadence: WorkIt at every 3 days against Social Tree's monthly. Social Tree's advantage is iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Social Tree sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and WorkIt sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Social Tree ships an update monthly, WorkIt every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
