# Jumpwise vs Metric Sprint

The clearest difference is update cadence: Metric Sprint at every 8 days against Jumpwise's every 5 weeks. Jumpwise's advantage is iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Jumpwise sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and Metric Sprint sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $49.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Jumpwise ships an update every 5 weeks, Metric Sprint every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
