# SlowRead vs Folio

The clearest difference is ads: Folio at none against SlowRead's shown. Folio also leads on iOS requirement (15.5 vs 17.6). SlowRead's advantage is chart position (#16 vs unranked). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SlowRead sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $8.39 per 7 days and Folio sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
