# PatchRig FX vs Splitonic

The clearest difference is update cadence: PatchRig FX at every 3 days against Splitonic's every 2 weeks. Splitonic's advantage is device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PatchRig FX sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Splitonic sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PatchRig FX ships an update every 3 days, Splitonic every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 23, 2026 and September 27, 2026 respectively.
