# PatchRig FX vs Orbeat

The clearest difference is update cadence: PatchRig FX at every 3 days against Orbeat's every 6 days. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PatchRig FX sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Orbeat sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PatchRig FX ships an update every 3 days, Orbeat every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on September 23, 2026 and September 14, 2026 respectively.
