# AR Drawing Projector vs Dot Art

The clearest difference is update cadence: Dot Art at every 2 days against AR Drawing Projector's fortnightly. Dot Art also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AR Drawing Projector sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Dot Art sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

AR Drawing Projector ships an update fortnightly, Dot Art every 2 days. Both last shipped on October 4, 2026.
