# Viglot vs Readimo

The clearest difference is ads: Viglot at none against Readimo's shown. Readimo's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs weekly) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Viglot sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $12.99 per month and Readimo sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Viglot ships an update weekly, Readimo every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
