# FusionRead vs Comic Seer

The clearest difference is update cadence: Comic Seer at every 2 days against FusionRead's every 8 days. Comic Seer also leads on device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FusionRead sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Comic Seer sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FusionRead ships an update every 8 days, Comic Seer every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
