# SetBySet vs Heft

The clearest difference is update cadence: SetBySet at every 2 days against Heft's every 5 days. Heft's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SetBySet sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Heft sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SetBySet ships an update every 2 days, Heft every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
