# ProofBox Vault vs DoTask

The clearest difference is update cadence: DoTask at every 10 days against ProofBox Vault's every 4 months. DoTask also leads on device support (3 vs 1). ProofBox Vault's advantage is iOS requirement (16.2 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ProofBox Vault sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and DoTask sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ProofBox Vault ships an update every 4 months, DoTask every 10 days. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
