# Falo vs Setsumei

The clearest difference is update cadence: Falo at every 2 days against Setsumei's every 3 weeks. Falo also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Falo sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $12.99 per month and Setsumei sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Falo ships an update every 2 days, Setsumei every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
