# InkCalc vs Notepad Calculator

The clearest difference is update cadence: Notepad Calculator at every 2 days against InkCalc's fortnightly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. InkCalc sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month and Notepad Calculator sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

InkCalc ships an update fortnightly, Notepad Calculator every 2 days. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
