About

Yotemy

"I still have time," you think. Then suddenly it's past time to leave. Yotemy is a reminder built to take the "suddenly" out of that. From the plans in your calendar, Yotemy counts back to when you need to leave to make it, and keeps showing the time left as a countdown. You can also link tasks to your plans, and their deadlines update automatically. โ–  What it does - Works out when to start getting ready and when to leave, from each plan's start time and place - Shows the time left as a countdown on home screen widgets, a Live Activity on the Lock Screen, and notifications - Tells train, walking, cycling and car apart, and estimates travel time for each - Connects to Google Calendar and to the iPhone Calendar โ–  Get the prep done in time, too (Tasks) Make the slides, print the handouts, pick up groceries. Add what you need to do before a plan as a task. - Link a task to a plan, and its deadline moves with the plan's prep time - Write "by Friday" and that becomes the deadline - In the free time between plans, Yotemy suggests one task at a time, ordered so everything meets its deadline. No need to decide what to do next - On your way back from a plan or from work, it suggests errands like shopping - The more you use it, the better suggestions fit the times you actually get things done - Start a task from the home screen widget, then mark it Done or Stop for now โ–  Read plans from paper and images Take a photo of a notice or pick a screenshot of a chat, and Yotemy reads the date, time and place and suggests plans. Plans without a set date can wait in Tentative. โ–  Design There's no "5 more minutes" snooze. Time doesn't wait. The big number on screen is the time left, not the clock time. Colors show the state: white means plenty of time, green means it's time to start getting ready, blue means you're on your way and on track, and amber means it's time to act. It's designed to help you move calmly, not to rush you. โ–  For you if - Estimating time is hard and you're always cutting it close - Your plans are in your calendar, but you still forget to leave - You have a lot to do and get stuck deciding where to start โ–  Pricing Free: up to 5 plans with travel and 5 tasks per month. Premium (monthly, auto-renewing): up to 100 plans with travel per month and unlimited tasks. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless canceled. โ–  Permissions - Location: used to detect when you leave, how long the trip takes, and when you arrive. Choosing "Always" lets every feature work. Without it, the countdown and notifications still work. - Calendar: used to read each plan's start time and place, and to write back plans you create or edit in the app. You can choose in Settings whether AI reads the text you type and the images you add. We never use your location for ads or sell it to third parties. Yotemy is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose or treat any condition.
