# KanGoBan vs SFD

The clearest difference is update cadence: SFD at every 8 days against KanGoBan's monthly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. KanGoBan sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and SFD sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

KanGoBan ships an update monthly, SFD every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
