# VPN vs V2Pro

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: V2Pro at none against VPN's 3. V2Pro also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.6) and device support (3 vs 1). VPN's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 80%). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VPN sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. V2Pro asks for nothing beyond the download.

V2Pro holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 12 and 19 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of VPN's written reviews are positive against 80% of V2Pro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

VPN ships an update every 4 weeks, V2Pro every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 6, 2026 respectively.
