# Us vs ProgramU

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Us at none against ProgramU's 15. ProgramU's advantage is ratings volume (8 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ProgramU sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. Us asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Us against 5.0 for ProgramU. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ProgramU has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Us ships an update every 9 days, ProgramU weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
