# TaskSplitter vs YT Notes

The clearest difference is ads: TaskSplitter at none against YT Notes's shown. YT Notes's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 5 weeks) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TaskSplitter sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month and YT Notes sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
