The clearest difference is in-app purchases: BiCam at none against MellowSnap's 1. BiCam also leads on ratings volume (55 vs 1). MellowSnap's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MellowSnap sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. BiCam asks for nothing beyond the download.
