For parents losing track of when their baby slept, Petites Nuits turns logged nights, naps and wakeups into a sleep diary to look back on. When did they fall asleep? How often did they wake? Keep the times and your notes together so you don't have to remember everything. The grid separates nights from naps, from noon to noon. Log sleep as it happens - Start the timer at bedtime or naptime. Pause and resume it; your session stays available after you close the app. - Add a past sleep period with its start and end dates and times. - Record wakeups and their duration, feeds, mood on waking and your observations. - Find and edit several sleep periods on the same day. From sleep log to diary Browse the calendar, history and sleep grid. Night statistics stay separate from naps. Recorded sleep excludes wakeups without counting overlapping periods twice, including across clock changes. A day with entries may still be incomplete: the figures reflect only what you log. Prepare an A4 diary for 7, 14 or 28 days: a 24-hour grid, summary, recorded periods and dated notes. Compare it with the previous period of the same length. Your child's first name and date of birth are optional. On your iPhone, the Home Screen and Lock Screen widget shows sleep duration excluding pauses, wakeups and a night in progress. Tap it to open that night. No account, ads or data collection. Your journal stays on your iPhone and the PDF is generated on your device, offline. Sharing a PDF sends the observations and profile you entered to the recipient you choose. Petites Nuits does not detect sleep automatically, predict naps or provide sleep-training programs. It does not offer a diagnosis or medical advice. Recording, timer, calendar, history, sleep grid, statistics and the full PDF preview are available without a purchase, including every page and period. One-time Diary purchase: share, print and save the PDF. No subscription or trial. Existing access is preserved. Restore is available on the purchase screen and in Support.
