# upnext vs Coursly

The clearest difference is update cadence: upnext at every 2 days against Coursly's every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. upnext sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Coursly sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

upnext ships an update every 2 days, Coursly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
