# Pulse vs Mosaic

The clearest difference is update cadence: Pulse at every 3 days against Mosaic's every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pulse sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Mosaic sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pulse ships an update every 3 days, Mosaic every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
