# Flows vs Slips

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Flows at 7 against Slips's 1. Flows also leads on iOS requirement (16.6 vs 26.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flows sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Slips sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Flows against 5.0 for Slips. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flows has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. The most recent releases landed on September 23, 2026 and September 19, 2026 respectively.
