# ScriptRecord vs Dual Camera

The clearest difference is update cadence: ScriptRecord at every 9 days against Dual Camera's monthly. ScriptRecord also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ScriptRecord sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $12.99 per year and Dual Camera sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ScriptRecord ships an update every 9 days, Dual Camera monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
