# Sideways vs Xstreamify

The clearest difference is update cadence: Xstreamify at every 2 days against Sideways's every 2 months. Xstreamify also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Sideways ships an update every 2 months, Xstreamify every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
