# Rivet vs RotaLife

The clearest difference is ads: Rivet at none against RotaLife's shown. RotaLife's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.0). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Rivet sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and RotaLife sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
